Hot of the compress...€800,000 of heroin, suspension of external sense and cannabis seized in Dublin...Comes as no astonishment
THREE MEN HAVE been arrested after gardaí seized of great size quantities of heroin, cannabis and trance in two raids in Dublin.
Around 60,000 trance tablets were discovered along with heroin and herbaceous cannabis when officers raided an room in Inchicore earlier today. The haul has an estimated highway value of €650,000, gardaí said.
Members of the drugs unit also searched an room compound in Chapelizod yesterday evening, uncovering heroin merit an estimated €150,000. Both raids were part of the same investigation.
Two men, one in his 50s and one in his 30s, were arrested during the Inchicore agency. They are currently being detained at Kilmainham and Kevin highway garda stations under division two of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 2006.
A third man, in his 20s, was arrested at the display of the Chapelizod drug find but has since been released. A file is being prepared for the DPP.
