THE JURY IN the Harry Redknapp tax evasion experiment have been sent home for the obscurity.
The justice instructed the jurors not to agitate the proceedings with anyone; they had deliberated for four hours.
Spurs boss Redknapp and and former Portsmouth FC possessor Milan Mandaric deny cheating the common revenue over cash paid into a Monaco bank record during the pair’s time with the southern-border club.
Earlier, the justice warned the eight men and four women to ignore football considerations during their deliberations.
justice Anthony Leonard said at Southwark Crown Court: “Football is an emotive make submissive, diligent in an individual anything from deep suffering to fury.
“It has become so mercantile that it may be cogitation by some to have lost its way.”
But he added: “This case is not about football but about allegations of tax chouse.” The justice told jurors he will only take a agreeing verdict.
The jury will begin get back at 10am tomorrow to be permanent deliberations.
